Milton Cox
Chair of the Board
Milton A. Cox is a Baltimore native and public-sector executive with nearly two decades of experience advancing human services, housing, community development, and equitable service delivery.
His career has included leadership and program-management roles with the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services, Baltimore City Department of Social Services, Baltimore City Public Schools, the Mayor's Office of Neighborhood Safety and Engagement, and the Baltimore City Department of Housing and Community Development. Across these roles, Milton has led initiatives involving human services, customer relationship management, community engagement, resource mapping, neighborhood stabilization, performance improvement, and constituent services.
An advocate for “Equity in Experience,” Milton brings NOW WE KNOW a practitioner-focused perspective on how government, community organizations, residents, and other stakeholders can work together to strengthen neighborhoods and improve outcomes for Baltimore families.
Omar McBee
President
Omar McBee is a veteran, housing finance professional, project management practitioner, and community development advocate focused on neighborhood revitalization, workforce development, housing opportunity, and strategic partnerships.
His experience spans housing finance, public-sector operations, project and program management, community engagement, and organizational development. He brings NOW WE KNOW a practical perspective on connecting people, capital, partnerships, and development opportunities to create stronger neighborhoods and expand pathways to homeownership and economic mobility.
Elouise Mayne
Director
Elouise Mayne is a veteran public-sector and human-services executive whose career spans more than three decades of leadership serving older adults, families, and communities throughout Baltimore and Maryland.
She spent more than 31 years with the Baltimore City Health Department, including service as Assistant Commissioner for Aging, where she provided operational oversight for Baltimore’s Area Agency on Aging. Her responsibilities included program delivery, regulatory compliance, fiscal accountability, stakeholder partnerships, human resources coordination, and adherence to federal, state, and local requirements.
Elouise later continued her leadership with the Maryland Department of Aging, including senior responsibilities in client and community services and grants administration. She brings NOW WE KNOW valuable insight into aging-in-place, human services, grants administration, public-sector partnerships, and the needs of older and vulnerable residents.
Natasha Ramberg
Senior Board Member
Natasha Ramberg is a strategic executive with more than two decades of experience helping mission-driven organizations translate vision into action, strengthen leadership, improve organizational performance, and create sustainable community impact.
Her experience spans public health, healthcare, hospice, and nonprofit organizations and includes strategic planning, executive leadership, organizational development, operational improvement, health equity, community engagement, change management, and performance improvement.
Throughout her career, Natasha has led multi-site operations, guided organizational change, worked with executive leaders and governing bodies, and successfully secured and managed more than $7 million in federal funding. She brings NOW WE KNOW a systems-level perspective on governance, organizational effectiveness, strategic growth, and measurable performance.
VerSean T. Truell
Director
VerSean T. Truell is an educator, youth advocate, and community builder whose work spans education, human services, workforce development, and community engagement.
As a Baltimore City Public Schools high school English teacher, he creates meaningful learning experiences that help young people strengthen their skills, recognize their potential, and prepare for opportunities beyond the classroom. Through Maryland PROMISE, he also provided direct support to youth with disabilities and their families as they navigated education, employment, life transitions, and the systems designed to support their success.
VerSean holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Paine College and a Master of Arts in African American Studies from Morgan State University and is pursuing doctoral studies. He brings the Board an educator’s perspective, practitioner experience, and a commitment to sustainable pathways for community opportunity.
