Milton Cox is a housing executive, minister, and human services professional with a Master's degree in Psychology. His experience includes housing operations, trauma-informed care, workforce development, leadership, and community engagement.

Omar McBee

President

Omar McBee is a veteran, housing finance professional, project management practitioner, and community development advocate focused on neighborhood revitalization, workforce development, housing opportunity, and strategic partnerships.

Deshawn Edwards

Director

Deshawn Edwards is a Licensed Social Worker whose experience includes behavioral health, social services, case management, and community support programs that strengthen individuals and families.

Vanessa Mozee

Founding Director Emeritus

Vanessa Mozee served as one of the founding directors of NOW WE KNOW and helped establish the organization's early mission and community-centered vision.
