NOW WE KNOW organizes its work into a Community Development Portfolio and Community Stabilization Programs — the Housing and People pillars of Baltimore Reimagined.

Several of the initiatives below are in development. They represent strategic program areas and planned capabilities rather than programs that currently have dedicated funding, staffing, or active enrollment. Where services are described, they may be delivered directly, through funded programs, or through qualified partner organizations.

Coordinated referral pathways with veteran-serving, healthcare, and housing organizations supporting veterans and military families.

Support designed to help older residents and long-term homeowners remain in their homes and neighborhoods as conditions change.
